Welcome to Vedic Puja.
By using our website, booking a Puja or Pandit/Acharya, purchasing Puja Samagri, requesting an Astrology consultation or using any other service provided through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Vedic Puja may provide:
- Puja Booking
- Pandit/Acharya Booking
- Online Puja
- Home Puja
- Temple/Gurukul Puja
- Vedic Anushthan
- Mantra Jaap
- Astrology Consultation
- Kundli Services
- Puja Samagri
- Spiritual Products
- Gurukul-related support and activities
Service availability may depend on location, date, time and Pandit/Acharya availability.
2. Puja Booking Process
The general booking process may include:
Select Puja → Select Date & Time → Enter Customer Details → Enter Sankalp Details → Confirm Booking → Make Payment → Pandit/Acharya Assignment → Puja
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and/or confirmation from Vedic Puja, as applicable.
3. Pandit/Acharya Booking
Vedic Puja may assign a suitable Pandit/Acharya based on:
- Puja type
- Location
- Date
- Time
- Availability
- Required knowledge or procedure
Customers may receive Pandit/Acharya details before the scheduled Puja where applicable.
A particular Pandit/Acharya cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Vedic Puja.
4. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate information while booking.
Depending on the Puja, information may include:
- Name
- Gotra
- Date of Birth
- Family details
- Puja purpose
- Sankalp
- Address
- Mobile number
Incorrect information may affect the booking or Sankalp process.
5. Home Puja
For home Puja, the customer is responsible for providing:
- Correct address
- Access to the location
- Required space for Puja
- Availability at the scheduled time
- Any specifically requested facilities
Where Puja Samagri is not included in the selected package, the customer may be required to arrange the required items.
6. Online Puja
Online Puja may be conducted through available video communication platforms.
Customers should join at the confirmed date and time.
Technical problems caused by the customer's device, internet connection or third-party platform may not be the responsibility of Vedic Puja.
7. Puja Duration
The duration displayed for a Puja is an estimated duration.
Actual duration may vary depending on:
- Puja procedure
- Mantra Jaap
- Sankalp
- Number of participants
- Religious requirements
- Other circumstances
8. Puja Fees
The displayed amount may include one or more of the following, depending on the selected package:
- Pandit/Acharya service
- Puja arrangement
- Puja Samagri
- Online coordination
- Travel/visit charges, where applicable
- Other specified services
The exact inclusions should be reviewed before completing the booking.
9. Travel Charges
For certain home Puja bookings, additional travel or location-based charges may apply depending on the distance and service requirements.
Any applicable additional charges should be communicated before confirmation wherever reasonably possible.
10. Rescheduling
Customers may request a change in Puja date or time.
Rescheduling is subject to Pandit/Acharya availability and may not always be possible at short notice.
11. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Astrology Services
Astrology services are provided for spiritual, cultural and informational guidance.
Astrology interpretations should not be treated as guaranteed predictions or as a substitute for professional advice from qualified professionals.
Vedic Puja does not guarantee specific outcomes from any Puja, Mantra, Astrology consultation or spiritual service.
13. Puja Samagri & Products
Product images are provided for representation.
There may be minor differences in:
- Colour
- Size
- Packaging
- Shape
- Natural product appearance
particularly for natural, handmade or religious products.
14. Payments
Customers must provide valid payment information and complete payment through the available payment methods.
Once payment is successfully received, the booking/order may be processed.
15. Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation may be provided through:
- Phone
- SMS
- Website notification
Customers should keep their booking/order ID for future communication.
16. Customer Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully with Pandits, Acharyas, staff and service partners.
Vedic Puja reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service in cases involving:
- Abusive behaviour
- Threatening behaviour
- Fraudulent activity
- Harassment
- Misuse of the platform
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, design and branding, belongs to Vedic Puja or its respective content owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
18. Website Availability
We may temporarily suspend the website or certain services for maintenance, technical updates, security reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
19. Third-Party Services
Payment gateways, courier companies, communication platforms and other third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
Vedic Puja is not responsible for independent failures or policies of such third-party providers.
20. Gurukul Support
Vedic Puja may facilitate voluntary support for Vedic Parampara Gurukulam, Bithoor.
Where applicable, contributions may support activities such as food, education, accommodation, books, clothing, infrastructure and other Gurukul requirements.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vedic Puja shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service failures, courier delays, payment gateway issues, internet problems or unexpected scheduling issues.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India.
